Deliveries

We will gladly deliver our products worldwide. The order will be ready for shipping within 72 hours.

Shipping costs are accordingly:

Via regular post services- a cost of €10

Via express post services- a cost of €25

Covid-19

Due to current epidemic worldwide situations, we might experience long waiting times in the delivery availabilities.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 days from reception goods in order to finalize the returned goods and refund.

We are accepting returns on unharmed products with their original package. We will give a full refund on product value excluding shipment values. Returned shipment costs will be at the expense of the customer.

Customized items can’t be returned– If you have any enquirer regarding customized goods please contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
